Queensland activities

So, I got back to Brisbane and still had a week off from work. I went to Broadbeach a few times as the weather was pretty amazing. One evening I went to a Drive in Cinema in Yatala. It was awesome! We put the backseats down to make space for us to lie down. The movie we watched was The Greatest Showman with Hugh Jackman, I loved it. I really enjoy watching musical movies. They just make me so happy haha. The Yatala drive in is the only I’ve been to and I want to go back. They also have a 50’s hmm.. Like a shop where you buy popcorn and other foods. Looks like one of those old restaurants, it’s pretty cool.

That same week I also climbed Mount Tibrogargan, which is the steepest of the Glasshouse Mountains. It was scary as s%#t. I thought I was going to fall down and die. Not only was it scary but exhausting too. I walked like jelly on the way down haha. I’m happy I did it but never doing it again haha. It just wasn’t my kind of hike 😛 Not good for someone who is afraid of heights. The views were amazing though so if someone doesn’t mind heights or steep climbs then definitely go for it!!

I also tried out a beach I hadn’t been to before, Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast. That’s another of those which everybody find amazing but I’m not going back there to be honest. It was a small beach and too crowded. I didn’t find it nicer than the beaches that I like.

This was all about what I’ve done outside of Brisbane =) Next up is Brisbane.
